Interior Trim upgrade

Many of the houses in our area have, well, pretty plain doors and moldings. We specialize in upgrading your interior with new doors, windows and moldings. The pictures in this gallery are of the upgraded trim and doors, the original were small fir moldings and flat hollow core fir doors.  Trim and doors make for an excellent return on investment.

 Testimonial from customer

Bill Gawley is an amazing contractor – he and Noah became part of the family during our two month remodel project! Not only is Bill a skilled and precise artisan, but he also has a keen sense of design and balance that were integral in the transformation of our townhouse. His suggestions, based on many years of experience, ranged from kitchen backsplash tile to base moldings…from paint color to hardware finish. Seeing the project through his eyes often brought about a new spin on and refinement of our original plans.

Bill’s attention to detail was evident throughout the remodel – ensuring that work was completed in a professional and timely manner and that the work area was left clean and orderly at the end of each day.

We are pleased to recommend Bill Gawley as a contractor for projects large and small. He is talented, professional and fun to work with – always has a smile on his face!

Mudroom Remodel

This was a small remodel. The room originally had 3 doors, a 1/2 bath and a dump waiter.

To make more room we went from 3 doors to 2. Moved the location of one of the doors,  extended the stairs, removed a 1/2 bath  and a dumbwaiter.

We installed insulated fiberglass doors to retain more heat.

Garage remodel

We took a three bay garage and converted it into a two bay garage, added in a new room and remodeled the laundry room.

Beadboard Alcove

This was a job that we did recently where we remodeled an opening, making it wider and adding in a beadboard ceiling and some shelving. There was quite a bit of work involved in this as we had to patch in the flooring, tie the walls in, install a new header over the opening and fade in all the texture work. I think it really opened the space up and created a nice new area to enjoy a meal and read a book.

ZipWall

So, a customer commented the other day about dust on the job and I got to thinking about running a cleaner job. I had thought about getting this system for quite some time but I just never thought much about all the dust. It was time for me to get a clue. Now I will be using this on all my jobs to control dust.
